I have been providing my clients with personal and professional service for over 40 years. My experience encompasses all phases of the real estate market from frenzied sellers' markets with scores of multiple offers to buyers' markets with abundant numbers of languishing listings. Occasionally, we even have short periods of what is considered a "normal" market, but these seem to be diminishing in duration.
